Original RSA.Irish code, original design components, original explanatory text and original training-question wording created by or assigned to the project operator, Stanyslav Metlushko, are protected to the extent recognised by law. Irish copyright generally arises automatically upon creation of an original work.
Official legislation, government/RSA publications, road-sign standards, third-party trademarks, photographs, source illustrations and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and are not claimed as original RSA.Irish property.
In the RSA.Irish brand, “RSA” means Rural Speed Ambition. References to the Road Safety Authority, TheoryTest.ie, Prometric or other third-party names are used only to identify relevant organisations or sources and should not be read as endorsement or affiliation. RSA.Irish is an independent educational project.
If you are a rights holder and believe identified material infringes your rights, contact Freersa.Irish@gmail.com with: identification of the work/right, location of the material, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of the issue. The project will review substantiated notices and may remove, replace or restrict material while the issue is investigated.
Users may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of original RSA.Irish question-bank wording, interface assets or source code except where permitted by an applicable licence, these Terms or law. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
